Keep up the good work. You always get really fast results when you start training. scientificaly im not sure why. Its the same for everyone who is out of shape/never trained before. But now is the hard bit, cos the good results will keep slowing down and you'll have to work harder for your results.
Not trying to put you off, just letting you know that its not allways easy. Why dodnt you post your workout and diet and maybe we can make it even better.
