That's fantastic if the 'works' you're going for is solely dependent on the scale.
Unfortunately that's not the 'works' most are going for.
What the scale says is important to me, I'm not going to lie.
However, what my (now looser) clothing says is also important; it means I'm losing inches and my shape is changing slowly and subtly.
The number on the scale is the easiest one to measure; I don't even have a tape measure to measure my arms, bust, waist, hips, thighs, etc. I suppose I should get one.
Two other important numbers: my systolic and diastolic. I want those to go down as I get more fit. So far I've noticed only a very slight improvement.
Yet another important number: my resting heart rate, currently too high at 85-90bpm. That's down from 90-100bpm.
