What if i do this fully body workout on monday and thursday? Will it help me to gain muscle size and strength? This is also assuming i'm eating right and getting enough sleep. I'm planning on doing the exercises in the order i write them also.
Squats, Calf raises, straight legged deadlifts, cable rows, lat pulldowns, standing curls with an EZ curl bar, front raises for shoulders, lateral raises, shoulder press, bent over lateral raises, bench press, bent over dips for chest, tricep pulldowns, straight dips for triceps, hanging leg raises, curls, weighted sidebends.
Any input would be great.
