I've actually been considering switching to this. I was afraid I would get bored doing the same thing everyday, but i think ill definately be better off.

Only thing im worried about, is if im doing full body, then my cardio after the workout is gonna be hell. I should be alright though.

Definately looking to burn more fat. Weight loss is slow for me. But its steady. The first 20 came off like in a month and a half so this slow pace is taking a while to get used to. Frustrating when you get used to slimming up so quickly.
when you do fullbody you dont have to do the same exrcises everytime..ie..squat mon,..legpress wed..squat fri.
you can do that with all body parts.
yes your cardio will be tougher but more cals used:D

The rule of thumb I have heard is that the average adult male after a few years of strength training should be able to:
1) bench press your body weight for 12 reps
2) squat and deadlift 1.5 times your body weight for 12 reps
At least thats a good set of goals. Of course, some people are genetically gifted and will find this rediculously easy and others of us are genetically challanged and will find this extremely challanging.

One intersting point to note here is that accomplishing these goals requires one to work equally hard on both upper and lower body.

Another way to measure would be to pick some non-weight exercises like pull ups and handstand pushups (goal 12+ reps) and 5K run (goal <20 minutes). Those 3 might be a better measure of overall fitness.
