Hey all...Im in college and I tend to drink a lot of brews and eat a lot of bad food, and not work out that much to be honest, and i mean im not obese by any means, i would like to be like 180 or 185 again, i was that weight in like sophmore year and i just want some suggestions on some good results to get to that weight...and does anyone know how long it will take to do that?
