18 days.. need a MIRACLE!

If I do 2, sometimes 3 hours of moderate exercise every day and eat 300 calories less than I need when resting then how much fat do you think I can lose in 18 days? I hate myself for leaving it this late but I was too lazy before and just dieted without the exercise so I only lost 2lbs but gained it again.

My weight now is 142lbs (10st 2lbs) and realistically I want to get down to 133lbs (9st 7lbs).. really in the long run I want to get down to 9 stone 2 or 3 lbs though. I was 133lbs about a year ago, but I gained the weight due to overeating and laziness.

But anyway, do you think it's possible for me to lose 9lbs in 18 days?
(Please say yes!)
 
It is possible - no doubt. But I am not sure if it is healthy. Especially if you have normal BMI. :confused:
