17 year old joining the gym for the first time. How to get and need a Gym routine

I am skinny and don't have that much muscle. But I need to bulk up and I am going to start eating more meals and will concentrate on getting more carbs and protein in. I need a diet plan but could someone help me out. I hardly have any knowledge about the gym and it's equipments. I am planning to go on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Do I concentrate on all my body each day or is it something specific each day. How long do I spend and how many reps/sets do i do. Help!
