Hey... Im a 16yr old girl... (nearly 17
) 5 ft 6 and about 18 stone
To be honest, i have tried but i know i havent tried hard enough to shift this weight...i used to play ALOT of football when i was younger but then i moved from London to Wolverhampton and was so upset about it i got stubborn and decided i was going to sit at home and not communicate with the rest of the world..Unfortunately that was the worst decision i ever made and in 5 years i gained 8 stone. I was always kinda big for my age but i was active so it wasnt this bad
My target weight is 10stone
I dont want to lose weight just to look good...i want to be fit and get back into football..
For now im just trying to exercise everyday (ive ordered a taebo dvd hoping it will work), eat smaller portions regularly instead of huge portions 3 times a day, more protein...veg, less carbs, fat, sugar etc..
I havent figured out what snacks i can include because im not a fan of fruit
I already drink a lot of water because i love my skin lol
Anyway today is day 1, 1st day of the year, i hope i stick to it, i jogged round my block (nearly threw up i was that out of breath), proud of myself already just for starting this journey
