Im currently 16 years old and am really focused on toning up. During my childhood ive been a chubby kid and now at the age of 16 i admit i am fat but not overly fat. over the past month ive given up soft-drink, eating full meals and haven't eaten anything after 6 o'clock and i have now lost 5kg. I now weight 76kg and my goal is to reach 70kg. I have a treadmill and a Gym set and havnt used them in weeks. While losing weight i also want to tone up my body, not to the full but just a tone up. This is where the question comes in. If i do my Gym Set, at how many kilograms should i lift? and how long a day on all excersies to tone up my body? remembering i don't want to put on much weight on my all muscles. Also because ive got moobs and have love handles, what excersises should i do in aid to losing them? and for how long a day? One main thing im really stuck on, is what are some healthy foods to eat for breakfast? thank you
