Ok, I am new to this forum and am 16 years old from Colorado. I am currently around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weigh around 145 pounds. I am looking to lose about 10 pounds of fat by spring break which is about eight weeks away and am wondering if this is a reasonable amount. I have been naturally thin most of my life until I tore my acl snowboarding at the begining of the season and went into a downward spiral of fastfoods and little exercise. I would appreciate it if I could get some sort of feedback on a diet I should be partaking in and an exercise routine. I have already cut out all fast foods and sodas, and never really liked candies or sweets so hopefully this will help. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
