Hi everyone! let me introduce myself..
im a 20 year old student and i grew up being quite thin and happy with my body.. didnt really pay much attention to body image to be honest! then i started uni and found it hard to fit in so i started to emotionally eat when i was by myself which led to lots of weight gain. last summer i was at my highest which was 9 stone 12, so from september to december last year i went down to 8 and a half stone. but this was full of restricting myself, major gym going and then binging on food cos my body was craving food. so this year i wanted to diet more healthily but i seem to keep losing and gaining the same half a stone! grr!! so im 8 stone 12 now, which is still good based on what i was last summer but my goal is to be 7 stone 10. 16 pounds to go!
