I want to lose 15lbs really bad. So I am posting a lot of new threads for all my questions. I have been running outdoors now for a month and I have not really seen any results. I thought if I weight lifted too it would help with fat loss. I have not started that yet, but I am planning on starting tomorrow. What I want to know is how to lose weight the quickest most efficient way. I carry most of my weight in my chest and stomach and I hate it. I am not huge my any means I just want to be a lot smaller on top. If any one can help me with any advice on the best things to do or good exercises that would be most helpful.
