Well, I'm turning 15 soon anyhow.

I need some help with my exercise plan, I believe I weigh something around 195, I could weigh more though...I just don't have access to a scale and the last time I checked(one and a half years ago) I was 180.

I really only know about Push Ups and Sit Ups, theres this one I'm gonna try to do every day atleast where I stick my arms forward and crouch, I don't remember what it's called however I've read that I should do it.

I'm gonna start going out for walks in the spring, I just need an exercise plan to do on weekdays before that.

Hopefully starting either tomorrow or next week, most likely tomorrow though.

Thanks. :)

welcome to the forum, It is good to see you want to get started with some exercise to get your weight under control but the most important aspect is your diet.

as for exercise start of aiming for 3-4 days which you can include some basic cardio exercise like walking, or getting outside and being active with friends and build up from there.

for your other exercises using body weight you could join the bodyweight challenge in the challenge section of the forum, it is not to late to join and will get you started on some basics. http://weight-loss.fitness.com/club-challenges/46243-bodyweight-challenge-routine.html

You're thinking of squats. They're an excellent exercise! If they become too easy, you can look up how to do lunges - sort of like 1 legged squats.

Pushups are good. I like planks over sit-ups, they give you more stability which is important.

You can also fill a milk jug with water and do rows to work your back, and pull-ups if you can.

You don't have to do this every day - and you should probably get at least one day of rest in there, but every other day doing the squats, push-ups, planks/situps, pull-ups and rows would be a good way to build some strength and encourage your body to put any extra calories into muscle and not fat.

I haven't looked at the thread Trusylver linked, but I suspect it has some good suggestions as well :)
