Well, I'm turning 15 soon anyhow.
I need some help with my exercise plan, I believe I weigh something around 195, I could weigh more though...I just don't have access to a scale and the last time I checked(one and a half years ago) I was 180.
I really only know about Push Ups and Sit Ups, theres this one I'm gonna try to do every day atleast where I stick my arms forward and crouch, I don't remember what it's called however I've read that I should do it.
I'm gonna start going out for walks in the spring, I just need an exercise plan to do on weekdays before that.
Hopefully starting either tomorrow or next week, most likely tomorrow though.
