15 Year Old trying to lose weight.

Hey, I need help trying to lose weight. Like I said, I'm 15. I'm 5'9" and weigh 170.9 lbs. My goal is to lose about 5-10 lbs. by the end of summer. I am actually very active in my opinion. Usually I bike to my friends house, which is 2.8 miles away, hang out there for awhile then bike back. Total of 5.6 miles. (I used MapQuest to find out the exact distance) I do that 3-4 times a week. Also, I go to the gym whichever days I don't bike to my friends house. At the 24-Hour Fitness near my house, I run 1 mile at 7.1 MPH without stopping and for 0.5 of a mile, I walk. This usually takes me 15 minutes. After running on the treadmill, I bike until the machine says that I have loss 100 calories which is normally about 8-10 minutes. Then, after doing weights, I go home. Do you guys have any tips for me to help me reach my goal? Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?
