Hi, i currently weigh 92 kgs and i hate it. I am so self conscious of my weight, i get laughed at everywhere and picked on. So over my school break i want to loose weight. But i need a weight loss routine that i can stick to. I was wondering if someone could help me with this as i am struggling with it. And if you dont mind could you set it out in steps please because it would be much easier for me to read.
