15 year old guy- wieght loss

Hello everyone!

My name is Brandon, I am 15 years old.

I weigh about 135lbs and am 5 foot 6

I was in sports up until 8th grade (I'm in 10th now) but quit due to being so short and not running very fast. (Really, no team wanted me lol)

Anyways, I have quite a bit of belly fat that I'd like to get rid of. I would like to increase my muscle, while losing the "Man Boobs"

Does anyone have any suggestions on my diet and workout routine?

I'll admit now I don't eat very well (McDonald's, many cokes, and chips) But I want to give all that up in pursue of a better body. I really want to feel better about myself.

I have access to a full gym and track, so I can pretty much do anything. My Dad is an avid workout "freak" but every time I ask him for help, he says I shouldn't worry.

Your height and weight is close. You may want to read this and follow up with any questions.

X2, your height and weight doesn't sound bad. I'm 5'3 and about 130-135 lb. I've got some body fat I'm working on losing around my stomach/obliques, but other than that I've got a decent sized frame for a small dude, and my weight is about what it should be for my build.

Cardio and a healthy diet will be the biggest help in losing body fat though :)

The best part is that the program uses web based software that essentially formulates new workouts specifically for you on a daily basis.
