15 year old girl work out plan help

I'm a 15 year old girl and I'm looking to get into shape. I'm fairly skinny, but I eat lots of junk food and haven't exercised at all before. I have a few pieces of equipment at home and I was wondering if someone could help and tell me a workout plan, reps and sets of each exercise? The equipment I have available is:
Treadmill
Rowing Machine
Weight bench
Ab circle pro (does this thing even work?)
Swimming pool (but I'm a weak swimmer)

For some reason I look fit and now I feel the need to live up to peoples expectations. I have a bad diet which I'm hoping to improve, but I just got a job at mcdonalds which isn't going to help. I'm currently pretty out of shape since I didn't play any sports all year, but I got a 7.2 for the beep test (20m shuttle run) is that good? I just want to gain some muscle and abs.

5'2
100 lbs
15 y/o
female

I have one more question. I live in a valley and I was wondering if running uphill then downhill is better or worse than just running on the treadmill.
