Hey, everyone i am new on the this forum! so shall start by saying Hi =] !
Well am here to talk about my weight so here i go
Around june-dec last year i gained weight whilst studying, once i took a gap year out my weight balloned and to be honest i dint really think it was that bad until DEC 08! i am only 5'0 and when i came back from holiday in brazil i became 10stone 7lbs ! MY BMI was 28-29 !I realised i had to do something about it all!!! so with exercise and doing crazy celeb diets i lost a stone in 4 weeks =]! (this included body fat) ... ( my weight is like a yo yo, one min its stable one min it shoots up)!
I am now 9 stone 5lbs, and would like to become 8stone 4lbs ! (so i can fit in my old jeans) so the main question is has anyone lost weight and been able to keep it off ?
Also does anyone have any motivation tips???? i have the problem (am not too sure if anyone else has it but, i eat healthy all day and when i get back from universty i stuff my self and say too my self ' tomorrow i wil start the diet' but end up doing the same thing the next day so i just keep gaining the weight !!!!
Last question people : how many calories should i eat to loose 1lbs-2lbs of fat a week. ( i am sick of all the fad diets)
