14 yo need help

ok,im a 14 yo girl,about 5ft 9,and i weigh 205LBS!!im already out of size 9 jeans,and almost out of 34x34 jeans.i need help.how can I go about losing wieght.
 
First, use this to figure out your caloric needs for the day. A good place to start is about 500 calorie deficit.

You've got a long life ahead of you, so don't freak out yet. This is certainly reversible. Just make sure you take your time and take things slow. The key to maintaining weight loss is changing your lifestyle and losing it slowly and effectively, not going on a quick diet, which will often result in gaining it all (or more) back.

I'm an advocate of 1g/lb bodyweight in protein per day. Whether the rest is carbs or fat is not really a big concern. Also, read this list of foods and this about weight loss to get you started.

I would recommend staring to exercise too.
