14 Year Old

Im a 14 yr old im like 5'3 and weight 137p I hardly have muscles but i genarly have most of my fat in my abs and butt and thy what can i do to burn the most amount of fat in the least amount of time
 
Eat more, lift more, run more

Get in lots of lean meats and veg and start building muscle, there's no point trying to lose fat when you're already lightweight and lacking muscle.
An improvement in your lifestyle will be reflected in your body composition. Forget diets, forget quick fixes, make perminant changes to your way of life that revolcve around a healthy diet with lots of fuel for your body, heavy lifting and cardio to help keep your heart healthy and the fat away
 
The thing is im not that tall. And i heard that lifting weights while in My age keeps you short i would lifting weight but i wana grow
 
And i have no equipment at all I'm like weak I can do a few push ups and not even 1 pull up I looking for something i can do at home
 
I started out that way, and can now do several sets of 10 pull ups in a 10minute period. All I can say is just keep trying it. I told my self everytime you walk past the bathroom you have to do 2 pullups minimum (the bar is in the bathroom door and it is right between the living room and my bedroom). Also buy some weights and do some running in place while carrying them or jumping jacks, or lunges if you can only work out at home.

Absolute bollox. I think a lot of people think that because there are lots of short guys that look huge but IMO a lot of that is because short men often make themselves big to compensate for their lack of height.

Look at Arnie though, was a teenage BBer and he's 6'2".

Unless you're lifting weights heavy enough to damage growth plates (which you aren't nearly strong enough to do) then you won't stunt your growth.

And with the pull-ups, try starting off doing negatives, so jump up to the bar and just try and lower yourself down as slow as possible. Once you've been doing that for a while you'll be able to pull your own body weight back up again
 
My little friend if you want to reduce your fat and lose weight then you have to avoid cholesterol and fats foods, don't take too much of chocolate . try to avoid the fast foods as well and make a routine of daily walk of some miles...
