14 Year Old Needing Tips

Hello, I'm Archie and i'm 14

First of all, i'm 5 ft 6 and weigh about 125 pounds. However, after an injury that I sustained a few years ago I put on a lot of excess fat and am looking to lose this and gain muscle.
I have a gym membership and can go whenever, currently I do play a lot of sport however quit football(soccer) and rugby which were probably the most intense ones and kept me the fittest after my injury when I was 12/13.
PS: Doing weight machines will not alter or affect any growth from what I have heard however I'm going to stay away from heavy free weights

Diet (Rough)
Breakfast: Weetabix/Porridge and a glass of fruit juice/milk

Lunch:Chicken Wrap(Varies)

Dinner:Lots of different meals, generally pasta, chicken, red meats. Everyday meals really, nothing special.

What kind of gym workout/jogs/days-off would you recommend for me?

Any help would be appreciated, if you need anymore information just ask
