Hey guys, I'm a 14 year old male. I need help with weight loss. I'm the type of person who doesn't eat an awful lot but gains weight easily. I'm quite short, 5"3, and 123lb. I don't work out much, but I have access to weights and have quite a lot of free space in my room. I play a lot of sports, especially football (soccer in case you're american) and I'm moderately strong. I don't get muscled off the ball, but I'm kinda slow and have a lot of stomach fat. I find this embarrassing and I don't like talking about it. Have you guys got any workouts that could help me?
