14 Year old looking for workout guide

Hi all, new here.

I'm 14 years old, 126lbs and want to improve biceps/get abs, improve fitness and lose weight.

Can anyone recommend a guide that can cover: Food + diet, weekly plan
Running, overall fitness
Ab workouts

I'd also like to try gaining muscle, but I'm still 14 and average height, I don't to stunt my growth with weightlifting. Can anyone give me some advice on this?

I think taking a proper diet daily and running regularly in the morning and in the evening is sufficient for losing weight. If this does not happen then, you should take some medications to get rid out of your obesity issue.
