14 m looking to lose weight

I'm 14 years old and I really want to lose weight in my thighs and stomach. I'm not really looking for muscle, I just want to lose weight.
 
In the summer, eat an apple for breakfast hop on your bicycle and go as far and long as you can, once you get so tired you cannot move, start biking back. skip lunch, eat dinner. Make sure to eat lots of protien to regenerate your muscles for your next bike ride. For breakfast you can subsitute an apple for something like grains or nuts, because they have low calories but will keep you more full then an apple, BUT NO MORE THAN A SERVING. In the winter, it may be worth talking to your parents about some appetite supressing pills OR an exercise bike. I have a friend who did exactly this for a year and went from a 14 year old who is 220 to a 16 year old who is 160. Trust what I am saying. You got this buddy.
