I know exactly how you all feel. If I told any of my family or friends I wanted to loose just a few pounds they would probably tell me I'm being stupid. Mainly because my family and some of my friends are quite a bit heavier than me so I don't think they understand quite as much. I also feel that people who only have a little bit to loose or are told they don't need to loose weight based on how much they weigh are looked down on a tiny bit. I understand there are people who have a lot of weight too loose but weight loss is hard regardless of your size (sorry about that little rant and it wasn't directed at anyone on this forum just people in general
)
When I was 15 I was 169 and about 5'4 and got down to 125 in about 5 months just by being really good with my food then my mum told me not to loose anymore weight!
I think I might have gone up and down between 125 and 140 in the past few years but nothing drastic and haven't really tried loosing again till recently.
Once I'm at 115 I'm pretty sure I'll feel fine, I'm quite confident in my body at the moment but have a tiny pouch at the bottom of my stomach that I would like to be flat
and it's almost gone now! I tried toning up this area a while ago but because the muscle was getting bigger underneath it was making my stomach look bigger! So once I get rid of this I can get back to toning
