Hey Guys, I've recently started to take my fitness journey seriously and have been in a calorie deficit. Calories in calories out, i'll be doing this until i reach my goal weight.
Now after my goal weight how do i get back to my normal calorie intake? Do i build it up slowly 5% week by week or is there another method? Scared if i build up my calories up and my weight would pile up again.
