Weight-Loss 1200 calories, how to get back to the normal?

Hey Guys, I've recently started to take my fitness journey seriously and have been in a calorie deficit. Calories in calories out, i'll be doing this until i reach my goal weight.
Now after my goal weight how do i get back to my normal calorie intake? Do i build it up slowly 5% week by week or is there another method? Scared if i build up my calories up and my weight would pile up again.

Sorry, not too knowledgeable in this field so hope anyone could help me on this, thank you :)

Apart from that: try to maintain as much muscle mass (through exercise and by watching your protein intake) as you can while you lose weight to keep your metabolism the best it can be.
