Good-bye 50 lbs here comes the new me! I have to lose 50 lbs in 12 weeks. I woke up this week and I am 50 lbs heavier. I know it didn't happen over night but it sure seems like it. So to take back my life here is my plan. I am saying it here so all that read will including myself will hold me accountable. Meals:
3 meals a day
3 snacks
No Fat, No Starch, No Caffine, No Alcohol! Well mainly salad, vegs, and my protein drink
Work Out:
6 days a week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday with Trainer
Tuesday, Thursday at Curves with my mom
Saturday, Sunday work out on my own
Current Weight: 178
Goal Weight for End of Week: 173
End Weight for 12 weeks: 130
