Hi there everyone,
I am new to the boards and hope that this site gives me some support. I have always struggled with my weight. I am a 26 year old who has 3 children with my husband. 2 are his from a previous marriage and we have one together that just turned 1. The pressure is definately on right now. I have breast reduction surgery scheduled in 6 weeks and I need to lose about 12 pounds. I definately am serious and am going to try my best to keep eating right and exercising. I have done this a million times and I always reach my goal and then return to eating like a pig. I want a lifestyle change but struggle with making it a habbit to stay healthy. I once watched a show where the woman said food is my lover and I feel the same way. I always feel hungry. I have an elliptical trainer that my husband purchased for me after I had the baby and I used it every day for a few months and then on and off again after that. I hoped that I would be back to pre pregnancy weight before Zack turned one but I am still about 12 pounds shy of that. I hope to drop the weight and keep it off. I look forward to utilizing your suppport and reading all of the wonderful threads to guide me through it. Talk to you soon. Squirly
