12 Months Lost 170lbs! Need 20 More

I joined today to help finish my weight loss journey. I have had a great year I started March 10th 07 and lost 170 lbs so far and need to lose the last to end my weight loss journey and begin my wellness journey. I'm looking forward to getting the support and tips to help release the last of my weight

Just curious why you haven't considered yourself on a wellness journey so far and why the distinction?
