Well I started Saturday. Haven't lost a darn thing yet. The soup is actually not too bad. I'm even able to manage the tomatoes in it. Hoping to see a loss tomorrow. If I don't lose anything this week, I'll be pissed. Not because I wasted my time on it, but because I'll have to listen to my husband making fun of the diet.
I have found that I have been peeing a lot, but surprising the BMs haven't increased. An upside to statring this weekend, was that I didn't have my regular weekend gain. So perhaps tomorrow I will be showing a loss. Haven't really felt deprived. I've been sticking to the diet. I haven't cheated, alothough yesterday I really wanted to. We were over at my in-laws in the afternoon, enjoying the sun, and I declined an alcoholic beverage. Boy did I get strange looks. They know I don't drink a lot anymore, but it was a beautiful day and we were chillin on the deck. Drinks, deck and sun all seem to go together. Then while we were getting supper ready, my husband and son were munching on chips. It was driving me crazy. But I stuck to my guns and will reap the rewards!
Saturday I felt alright because if I had a craving for sweet, I was able to eat fruit. Sunday was a struggle, because I kept wanting to eat fruit. Today should be okay, because it's veggies/fruit/soup.
