10 tips to overcome cravings

Lol yes iam a confessed chocoholic! i have to have something relating to chocolate everyday i find it helps me stay on track as i feel iam not depriving myself!

From what I've heard, dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate because it's antioxidant rich. A friend of mine had borderline diabetes and her doctor told her that the darker the chocolate the better her body is able to break down and absorb it.

ive heard that too and actually when i have a choice on the chocolate i eat, i do tend to go for dark chocolate, i was so happy when kit-kat came out with a dark choc version! i actually have dark chocolate hot chocolate as well!

I was so into chocolate on a daily basis that I MADE myself leave it alone for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, that broke my "gotta have it" mentality and I don't crave it near as often. Chocolate was ruling me, not the other way around.

I think this is a really great idea not only will you be trying more foods that are healthier for you, but you will be learning to cook and look after yourself!

I also would recommend if you can do it that you use only natural ingrediants in your home cooked meal, i tryed this a few years back and not only was a feeling better but i knew that i didnt have the processed crap going into my body!

But remember any home cooked meal is better than one thats come out of a can or container!

Oooh, you know what else is good? I take a cup of regular, black coffee. I don't add any sugar, sweetener, cream, milk, etc. I take a pack of SF hot cocoa (without marshmallows, lol) and pour half of it in the coffee. It is more than enough to make it "sweet" and it is a great way to flavor your morning java without the guilt. :) If you are a coffee drinker, this is great!

That sounds AMAZING! Im a huge coffee an but the mocha lattes at starbucks can have more calories and fat then a meal! Thank you so much! :D
