10 pounds or less

Hi All

I am just on the brink of 10 pounds or less to lose and didn't see another thread like this one. Today I have 10.2 pounds to lose to goal. I always give up at around 60kg's but this time I'll be getting that bikini ready bod of 58kg's or 128pounds.

Any one else with 10 or less to lose.

Well I've been pretty good today. went for a fast 6km walk at lunch time. First day of spring. bring on the warm weather.

Beautiful here in canberra. Trees are full of blossoms and there are heaps of people out at lunch time running, roller blading or walking.

I drank too much caffeine today. Oh well. could do alot worse. I'm pretty tired after the walk. I was sweating like a pig. I'll aim to do the same walk on
Thursday.

I'm hoping to be under 62kg's by Sunday. That would be awesome. Even if i hit 62kg even I'll be happy. The biggest change i have made is not snacking at night.

I swear I'm looking forward to my cheat meal this week.

Anyways I hope someone else joins the 10pound or less club.

I would also like to lose 10 pounds at most. I think it's really difficult as you can't really see a lot of difference in weight from day to day. I also like eating at night but i try to avoid it. I think it's good exercising but when you are working it's not easy to find a lot of time. I would like to read easy tips for losing weight. Are you going to the gym often during the week?

Nice to see another poster. I'm a fraction above last 10 pounds because I put on weight last week. I was feeling down and ate for support. Bloody bloody/

I don't go to the gym. I walk mostly for exercise. I have CFS and have days weeks where I can't exercise much, but when i can i walk most of the time.

I did 10km yesterday so on my good days i can do alot.

My tips for weight loss is not to pigg out at night. Which is my greatest weekness. I guess do as i say not as i do is the motto for last week when i pigged out heaps. :seeya:

Im new to all of this!!

Ive been trying to lose weight since may and have mangaged a stone so far but i now have 10lbs to go and weight loss has slowed down!! I need to lose it before i go on holiday in Dec!! So im thinking its not to hard to lose 10lbs in 13 weeks?? Help needed to tell me what i can do now to kick start the weight loss again!! I go to the gym 3/4 times a week and im eating roughly 1400 cals a day. I have just increased my in take as i was told i was eating to little and have stalled my weight loss.

Hope someone can help!!

Hey.

It is possible to lose 10 lbs in 13 weeks, for sure. You can do it!

Could you give us some more info:
weight, height, how is your workout at the gym (cardio and strength or just cardio etc), how is your diet (high/low in protein/carb/fat), do you usually eat healthy food?
 
Today i feel nice as there is some progress and i am near the middle. However i feel dizzy and i wonder if i should take some vitamin supplement. In addition, i try to stay on track as i think if i make any change i will gain again the lost pounds. It's great to feel that you lose some pounds although there is anxiety to keep this permanent.
