10 Pound Club

Ok back by popular demand the 10 pound club is back in full swing. The aim of the club is to loose 10 pounds in one month. We will start on the 1st of June and end on the 31st of June. There are no prizes or postcards just weight loss and hopefully lots of support. The best of luck to everyone … lets kick some butt.:D
 
My start weight is 103.3 kg = 227.9 pounds
After a 10 pound loss that will make me
98.8 kg = 217.9 pounds … sounds pretty bloody good to me.

I'm TOTALLY game =) I would like to lose 15 lbs by the middle of july - so here goes nothing!

current weight: 138
target weight for June 30: 128

Ok My Weigh In Is 220.4 I Am Not Sure How You Guys Are Doing It Just Let Me Know If I Need To Weigh In Another Day! All I Know Is I Am Sick Of The 20's And Teens And This Will Make Me Get To 210 Or Less!
 
I'll get in this one too! Loosing 10lb will hopefully bring me down to within about another 10lb of my first goal.:D
 
Put ya weight in when you want love. Don’t forget I start and finish a day earlier than you guys. Im so excited about loosing this next 10 pounds, it gets me under the 100 kg mark.

still steady at 138... *my fiancee made mini corn dogs and i snuck two of them :(*

I'm really hoping that just getting back into the swing of things after not really trying for a few months will be the jump start that I need. Are you guys planning on shaking up your diets/exercise plans any for this?

Im with you red im over being in the 200s. No way will I overtake you but it doesn’t hurt to give each other a little push (I would put an evil face if I had one) LOL.

Jordysmom welcome to the challenge, I hope you enjoy it.

Crunchie how exciting it will be to be so close to your first goal.

Newbride we will kick butt hun, get those steal cap boots on mate so we can make an impression lol.

Amomono I have been so slack for the last few months just getting back on track will be a shake up for me lol. I will be getting into more exercise this week though.

Cheryl hop weigh in date is the first and you post it here love, best of luck.

Hey! I'm new to this forum and have only ten more pounds to lose! Hopefully I can do it by June 31st! The encouragement will be really beneficial!
 
okay. i'm going to try this (if i can still join). however, the last time i did, i lost zero b/c of my body constantly plateau-ing (not lack of effort!!) so i may need some support..i have ten more to go...i know it takes longer towards the end...but AAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT THAT FAT GONE!!
 
I'm in for the 1st - I'll post a weigh in on Thursday.

I have to say, I've been losing 1 pound a week - 10 in a month sounds scary! Like I actually have to *do* something!

I totally need to join this challenge! I want to meet my summer's end goal and this will give me the jump start I need.

Current weight: 270lbs
Goal weight: 260lbs

Good luck to everyone.
Lets try to collectively lose 130lbs or more!
