10 mOre pounds to go.. any suggestions??

I am 10 pounds from my goal and am stuck at one number. And boosts that will trigger those last 10 ponds to go??

I run 3+ miles a day as well as lifting weights. I am held back right now because of an elbow injury but I work really hard at the gym every morning doing what I can.

HELP!!
 
Maybe increase your water. I have also heard that you can trick your metabolism a little bit by eating more one day and less the next. It might get your body moving a bit. Also, I make weight management bracelets that motivate me. Let me know if you are interested in more info!

maybe try something different for exercise, like intervals if you aren't already and mix up your calorie intake.

I would love to put my 2 cents in. This has helped me and lots of my clients. I want you to in vision yourself at your goal weight. You need to state a positive comment such as: I look and feel fantastic at xxx pounds. This needs to be stated a number times during the day. Write it down. If you write it down then it has more meaning. Place that statement on your bathroom mirror, by your computer and any other location where you are a lot.Then think to yourself what would I eat at my goal weight. You will be surprised at how your eating will change. Even if it is slightly toward more portion control or smarter healthier choices.What additional exercise and or aerobic activity would I need to do to keep myself at my goal weight. I started this awhile ago and boy I have not been off track once since doing this. I can see myself at my goal weight and I will do what it takes to get there and stay there. My clients have had more success in doing this also. It does not become just another diet and exercise program. Good luck.
