And I'm at the weight I want to be at! I had my second son October of 2009, and I have done nothing (except maybe chasing my 3 year old around) to lose the weight, it has all just came off on it's own. I am 25 years old, 5'5", and now 109 lbs (was 147 at 9 months pregnant with my second son). I am by no means fat, but I do have "problem areas" that I would like to fix...my abs/stomach and my inner thighs. I am not so sure if the little "flab" on my stomach is fat or just extra skin from the pregnancy...either way I would like get rid of it and try to tone the area!
This is why I came here. I don't have a lot time to exercise with having two little boys, working part-time, and owning my own business, but I am willing to do what it takes! I just have no idea where to start..
