Hello everyone, I wanted to put up my before and afters like so many others have done. You were all very inspirational to me during the past year.
A little background about me, I've always been the biggest person in the room--literally. Tall, fat, etc. Last year it reached its climax where I was totally fed up with being alive but not living so I gave everything I have in order to change.
I started at over 400 lbs, I cant say the exact number as my scale would only give out error when the weight was over 400. I am 25 years old 6'4 and now weigh 250 lbs, a 150 lb loss in exactly 1 year.
I did most of my weight loss through strict dieting and cardio (walk/jog 5 miles per day, every day). No fast food, No soda, No junk food, No sugars. 3 healthy meals a day, and alot of water (1500-2000 calories give or take). That's all
I was hesitant to post these at first, because my journey is only half done. I may have lost most of the weight that I wanted to lose but now I've shifted my focus towards firming up my body and hitting the gym with the same dedication that I gave my diet.
Edit: It's been 6 months since I started training. These are my results
