For those of you who’ve successfully lost weight and maintained it, what really made the difference? Was it tracking food, walking daily, lifting weights, changing mindset, or something else entirely?
I’m currently dealing with prediabetes, so losing weight feels pretty urgent for me. Honestly, what’s made the biggest difference so far is just being consistent with tracking my food. I use an app to log everything.
I also try to get some movement in daily, mostly walking, since it’s easy to stick with and low impact.
So yeah, a mix of tracking and walking, Still learning every day though! Would love to hear what’s worked for others.
