Do anyone know much more effective information about weight loss foods? Actually most of the people say there are lots of foods for losing weight, is it right? I don't know clearly and when I search on Google I got lots of foods but there is also confusion. That's why I want to know specific weight loss foods name that exactly help to reduce weight.
 
There are really no foods that will specifically help you lose weight. Losing weight is a matter of taking in fewer calories than you expend overall. The more calorie dense foods are often the ones that make it difficult to lose weight because eating only a small amount can cause a drastic increase in your calorie intake. If you are having difficulty figuring out where to start, my suggestion would be to write down everything that you eat and drink for a few days (measure if you can), then spend a bit of time either reading the nutrition labels or inputting the info into a nutritional nutrient database such as the one at nutritiondata.self.com. Just pick a few items and compare them (for example compare an apple to a tablespoon of peanut butter).

Sometimes, this can be a good way to see if there are a few things that you could cut down on that could make a big difference in your overall calorie intake. For example, if you drink a lot of juice, maybe consider trying to replace most of your juice with water or zero-calorie drinks. Or if you realize you use a lot of peanut butter on your toast, just try to be aware of the amount that you put on, and reduce it by a little bit.

Start with small changes that are manageable and can turn into long term habits without making you feel deprived (which can lead to a lot of stress and giving up on your progress).

I search on the internet for foods that I can use to lose my weight, I found a good one but I don't know if it's effective.
You're right. I was also search in Google for looking some weight loss. I found lots of foods, that's great but i'm in confusion. I want to know some specific foods name for losing weight. That's why I ask the question to here. There are some effective information, you can see.
 
To lose weight you have to eat fewer calories than your daily requirement, that is you have to stay in a calorie deficit. You can check your daily calorie requirements easily through calorie calculator available on the internet. Secondly, eat food which is rich in protein and fiber. Like - Whole Eggs, Spinach, Swiss chards, chicken, Broccoli, cauliflower, Avocados, Nuts, whole grain. But most importantly keep track of your calorie intake, stay in a calorie deficit. Also, add mineral and vitamins in your diet which you can get from fruits and if you have time do some basic exercises. Track your progress weekly. It will be more than enough to get you started.
 
Here are some of the foods that will help you in losing some weight:

1. Whole Eggs
Once feared for being high in cholesterol, whole eggs have been making a comeback.

Although a high intake of eggs raises the levels of “bad” LDL-cholesterol in some people, they are one of the best foods to eat if you need to lose weight. They are high in protein and fat, and are very satiating.

2. Leafy Greens
Leafy greens include kale, spinach, collards, swiss chards and a few others.

3. Salmon
Fatty fish like salmon is incredibly healthy and very satisfying, keeping you full for many hours with relatively few calories.

9. Soups
As mentioned above, meals and diets with a low energy density tend to make people eat fewer calories.

Most foods with a low energy density are those that contain lots of water, such as vegetables and fruits.
 
I think overall context is important here given that any food can theoretically be involved in a weight loss program. The above foods can be helpful for losing weight only if the overall diet still puts the person in a caloric deficit.
