Don't try this at home

No just being unrealistically optimistic based on the 7.9 on Monday. The intervals are helping overall but the strain these are putting on me means Thursday run is destined to be rubbish most weeks.

Seizure happened Wednesday night. Knocked me a bit so not trained since. Plan to do bench this evening though.
Means deadlifts will be missed and I don't like that.
 
You were due for squats not deadlifts - but as I see in the blog, squats are what you actually did. See, some of us do pay attention!:biggrinsanta:

That is going to look even more silly when I upload my real deadlift session this evening.
Today I have been shown as being a total Muppet!
 
I do think the intervals are starting to help.
