I'm 49, overweight and was starting to look and feel like crap. I have a toddler that I have to keep up with and want to see her 30th birthday. It is time for a change. I have dropped 24 pounds so far, (210-184 lbs.) with a much healthier diet including strenuous walking and hiking. My goal is to be extremely fit with a emphasis on cardio and physical endurance. I want to knock out a Tough Mudder event next year. I am looking forward to learning from the members here and hopefully I can contribute to the forum community also. Thanks!
