info about me : 121 pounds, 5'1, female. 14 years old.
I'm 121 pounds usually (even when i dont eat) and i'd like to know how to get skinny. what i want to lose the most is the weight around my stomach and waist. please help.
i cant fix the way i eat because i cant control it and ive asked my mom to cook healthy but she always buys fast food for me. and im trying to lose weight secretly so what exercises can i do without buying equipment or going to the gym? will running&doing sit ups be enough? and for push ups, i want to improve but i can barely do one.
please help
