Okay so I am fully aware that I am overweight and I've wanted to lose weight and such just needed a goal and like a routine? If you may I guess.
I am 16 6'1 and 230, I did a bmi test or whatever and it said ideal weight is 202? Which sounds ridiculous to me personally so which is why I came here
Granted I wasn't even entirely sure if it was right or wrong because even now I don't even LOOK that overweight. Like most of everyone just thinks I am skinny still so I was just shrugging it off I guess and wanted someone else to tell me what an ideal weight is considering the situation.
I can't unfortunately go to a gym right now since I am away from home, but I was looking to get at an ideal weight before I have to get back to a normal school routine etc which I prefer to be around July 23rd or so. I wanted to know if it's even POSSIBLE to get to the ideal weight or very close before then, what exercises I could do to make it SEEM like I am thin I guess if that makes sense?

I mainly want to focus on my stomach and thigh area since those two places are the only places that are noticable I guess? I am aware that you can't just burn fat off one certain area and it comes off where it pleases basically but I just want to be able to make those two areas seem the most..toned I guess.
