Hi guys, obviously new to thesite and am very impressed with the informationthat you guys have and the great member base, iguess I've been self training and doing well , but am now interested in other methods to get that extra little bit out of my body, so hi and I look forward to meeting some of you during my stay.
 
Welcome! I really hope you stick around and continue posting. I'm fairly new (joined in April) and get the sense that the site and active posters goes in waves. From seeing you in other posts I know you have/are in the Tough Mudder competions, and are posting workouts on twitter. For those of us who don't tweat, please consider a journal and post some workouts there as well.

How kind of you to say, i am actually working on a blog and will be going live with it, linking it to my witter account as well as posting some no expert opinions about my diet and preparation that work for me, thanks again.
