I am a 20 years old and would like to lose 4 stone before my 21st birthday which is on the 27th December. I am currently around 14 stone
so my aim weight is 140lbs. (I'm 5'7/8)
I understand that I have a lot to lose in 5 months, this is why I need advice on what exercises, especially toning I can do.
When I was 17 I had a problem with an E.D and dropped to around 8stone. This is why its essential that I do this in a healthy way, focusing more on shaping my body rather than the numbers on a scale.
I have a treadmill, and dogs that I can walk. But toning exercises that I need more advice on, how I can tone my arms, thighs and stomach. whilst maintaining curves
