Hi guys. My name's Kevin and I've lost about 90 lbs. I was about 30% bodyfat and now I'm 8.5%-9%.
I'm 5'7'' and 158 lbs. I started weight lifting from the very beginning. My diet wasn't too strict at first, although I tried. I didn't realize how much sodium fast food had, even 'healthy" fast food, if there is such a thing . I hit a pleatau for 7 months, not going anywhere due to all the sodium and junk in my diet. I cut all that out, eating lots of veggies, lots of fruit, lots of whole grains, and nuts and legumes. I still ocassionally eat unhealthy things. But in moderation. My diet is low in fat, very high in protein, and very low in saturated fat, as well as good in several good fats, (but still overall low in fat), and full of fiber.
The skin is very loose. If someone could please tell me if this is loose skin, I would be very happy. I've had people tell me no, people tell me yes, and people tell me a combo of both. If I need to lose more bodyfat I will. I tested using an OMRON handheld monitor (such as those used in the gym). I bought an OMRON 306 as well and do it first thing when I wake up.
i just want to know if I need to lose anymore weight as...it's almost become an addiction to me. I visioned myself 2 years ago, (I Lost this over the course of 2 years), having a six pack. And with this loose skin, it may never happen. This is really frusterating for me. I still have high blood pressure, but am weening off the pills slowly hopefully. Constantly fatiqued, tired/no energy, but that's another story.
