Urrrghhhh put on weight! :(

Sadly i've gone from |-| < that far from having my perfect chest to |---| I've gained a stone in weight (Mainly fat!) from over christmas and have spent the past 3 months trying to shed it! Sadly it's not working! Any tips?

Obviously you are taking in too many calories for your activity level. You have to increase your activity level through exercise and/or reduce your calorie intake. It is really as simple as that.
 
as g8r80 says, you're just eating too much, and not getting enough activity. 15mins of jogging and a 5 minute bike ride just isn't that much.

in all honesty, humans need about 60 minutes PER DAY of fairly vigorous physical activity...or 2 hours of a less intense cardio (like a 4 mile per hour walk for 2 hours), combined with healthy eating habits.
 
Take balanced diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits. Avoid taking much carbohydrates like white rice, potatoes. Take fat free dairy products like skimmed milk and yogurt etc. Avoid taking junk foods like burger etc. Avoid red meat take chicken, fish. Do swimming it is the best exercise to loose weight.
