I'm looking into buying some meal replacements.
Before we start I want you all to know I already take multivitamins and whey protein after my workout everyday. So, I don't need something that is going to help me with muscle gaining as much. I would like something that will fill me up and cure my cravings.
I have searched around a little and found out this:
This seems to be a very healthy meal replacement shake. Now, would you recommend this? Would taking this help me loose weight? Would this fill me up?
It says to replace 2 meals a day with this. If I was to buy it- on a weight loss diet, would I talk a normal breakfast.Then take this at noon, then maybe again for dinner? I wouldn't know where to fit it in. Especially, with the 5-6 small meal a day rule.
