Hi,

I have been training for about 3 months and want some training routines with the equipment I have for variation. My home gym consists of a seated/incline/flat bench with pec flyes, leg extension and lat pull down. I have dumbells and EZ bar...

I would like any help in a good back and shoulder workout with the equipment I have?

Also, is it necessary to include a barbell workout for my chest or are dumbell workouts sufficent...

and look for the excercises that can be done with bars and dumbbells.
There should be enough to choose from

My 2cc: assure you get some horizontal rowing, more pulling than pushing exercises, som core work and unilateral leg work (e.g. lunges) and you'll stay healthy.
 
Look on click on exercises......... yes I know that its called "TEEN" body building but when you get to the exercises area they're not.
 
you are better of using free weight's by free weights I mean dumbbells barbell ect. Also keep to compound exercises that work more that one muscle group at a time for better results
