Whats wrong with me?

Ok hello all im 15 years old and 105 pounds and i need to get to 115 for my school lacrosse team and thats what im having trouble with gaining weight, since i have the worlds fastest metebilism(i feel like ha) what can i do to gain those extra pounds not fat but muscle or atleast heathy fat if any im willing to do anything but i keep losing weight Please help me!!!!! Thanks for your time!!
 
You need to up your protein. Lots of lean meats, protein bars, and whey protein shakes.

...and perform progressive resistance exercise to turn it into lean body mass (muscle, blood, organs, bones, connective tissue, etc. everything but fat).

Like you, as a freshman in high school I weighed 98 pounds, as a sophmore 130 pounds, a junior 160 pounds and a senior 180 pounds. I did it by eating lots and lifting weights. You can do it too.
 
maximise your workout time by using the pyramid method along with compound exercises and alot of rest also for eating split your meals up into 5/6 meals in stead of 3 meals this will help

1. Do some weight training under the guidance of proper trainer to gain muscles.
2. Eat more calories, protein and fat which helps you to buildup your muscle.
3. Take multi-vitamin and antioxidants like vitamin A,C and E.
4. Take more rest.
